GUEST GUIDELINES IN THE EVENTS OF COVID-19

As of July 7th, 2020 we are open and operating at 50% capacity with spaced bookings.

For the safety of our guests and staff, it’s important that we adhere to CDC guidelines. Our staff has been trained on service and sanitation protocols and have a supply of PPE ready to use.

We also ask that our guests wear masks when entering/leaving, wash their hands before entering the treatment room. Guests will also need to wear their masks during certain services.

 

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Advanced reservation for our service(s) is recommended. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled, changed or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be billed 100% of each service.

 

ARRIVAL

We suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy to other guests scheduled and following your appointments, late arrivals may only receive the remaining available appointment time. You are responsible for and will be charged the full service fee.

 

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Please arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate your entire service, however you will be charged in full for your service.

 

AGE REQUIREMENT

Guests under the age of 18 must have parental consent. We love children, however no child under the age of 12 is permitted without an appointment.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards  are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, wellness, relaxation and beauty to the special people in your life. Gift Cards can be purchased online. Gift Cards are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Our gift cards never expire for their cash value. All sales are final.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final on Gift Cards.

 

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are accepted in cash only. If you were happy with your service, it is customary to give 15-20% of the full menu price in gratuity to your treatment specialist.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks. Gratuity is accepted in cash only.
